Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join a team in Penn Yan, NY. This travel position requires expertise in both long-term care (LTC) and general CNA responsibilities. Under the direction of licensed nursing personnel, the CNA will provide both direct and indirect care to residents, ensuring their needs are met in a safe, respectful environment.

Key Responsibilities of the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

• Meet residents' ADL needs as per care plan, including hygiene and skin care
• Ensure resident environment and safety, promptly responding to call lights and maintaining cleanliness
• Address residents' nutritional needs, respecting preferences and choices
• Support residents' rehabilitative needs with proper techniques and devices
• Report residents' rights concerns and changes in status to nursing staff promptly

Requirements of the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

• Valid NYS Nursing Assistant Certification
• BLS Certification (AHA or RQI)
• One year of previous LTC or CNA experience
• High School Diploma or GED
