Contracts must run through holiday season. Will start on a Tuesday or Thursday. Full shift. 24 hours per 4 weeks. 2 weekend shifts required.
Contract Length: 22 weeks
Provide direct and indirect skilled nursing care for residents. Collect data relevant to residents' physical and psychosocial conditions and communicate findings to the RN and other team members. Contribute to the development of culturally relevant care plans based on nursing diagnoses and specific interventions for residents. Recommend revisions to care plans based on evaluations and indicate the need for referrals to address all aspects of residents' care.
Collaborate with residents/families and interdisciplinary team members to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain current knowledge and competency in nursing practices and participate in the mentorship/orientation of staff.
