RN Supervisor
- Part Time Nights

This is a 13-week contract position.

Part Time Nights, every other weekend, and holidays.

The RN Supervisor will oversee the operation of nursing units under the guidance of the Director of Nursing
- Long Term Care (LTC). This role involves providing clinical supervision to nursing staff and ensuring quality resident care through education and support on respective shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee nursing unit operations and provide clinical supervision to staff.
• Ensure quality resident care through effective teaching and oversight of staff.
• Communicate with the Director of Nursing regarding unit issues and collaborate on resolutions.
• Make administrative decisions in the absence of the Director of Nursing and LTC Administrator.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Current New York State Registered Professional Nurse licensure.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in long-term care.
• Supervisory experience across multiple units preferred.
• BLS certification required through AHA or RQI system during clinical orientation.
• CPI certification obtained within 90 days of hire.
