• Apply nursing knowledge and skills to provide high-quality compassionate care.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Monitor patient progress, adjust care plans as necessary, and provide family education for post-discharge care.
• Utilize effective communication and active listening to build trust and safety in the healing environment.
• Comply with infection prevention strategies while maintaining required competencies.
