Registered Nurse Supervisor
Location:
Penn Yan, NY 14527
Shift: 8 hrs. Shifts
Contract:
13 weeks
Start: ASAP
Requirements:
- Updated Resume
- State RN license
- BLS/CPR
- Immunization Report – PPD/ Flu shot/ TB Report / Physical Report
- 1-2 years of experience in long term care, sub-acute care, rehabilitation in-patient facility.
- Must be COVID Vaccinated
Responsibility:
- supervision of licensed and unlicensed staff
- Coordination of care & documentation
- Trained new staff
- Provided education and discharge instructions
