RN Supervisor – Long Term Care
Schedule:
Part Time Nights (2-3 shifts/week, every other weekend, and holidays)

Hours:
Contract Weeks: 22
- Current New York State Registered Professional Nurse licensure
- BLS certification required through AHA or RQI system during clinical orientation
- CPI certification to be obtained within 90 days of hire
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in long term care
- Supervisory experience across multiple units preferred
- Oversee the operation of the nursing units under the direction of the Director of Nursing
- Provide clinical supervision to staff assigned to the nursing units
- Assure quality resident care through teaching and supervision of staff
- Communicate with the Director of Nursing regarding unit problems and collaborate on resolutions
- Make administrative decisions in the absence of the Director of Nursing
- Facilitate clinical management and manage multiple priorities effectively
