Ricerca Addetto/a alle politiche attive e servizi al lavoro
La risorsa sarà formata per occuparsi dell’intero processo relativo alle politiche attive:
- Gestione delle telefonate, dell'accoglienza e prima informazione agli utenti
- Orientamento di base
- Procedure di assessment e stipula patti di servizio
- Skill Gap Analysis
- Attivazione percorsi GOL
- Analisi dei bisogni e della domanda individuale
- Attività di orientamento specialistico e bilancio di competenze
- Attività di back-office e strumenti di monitoraggio
- Attività di rendicontazione servizi
- RAL 26.000
- ANINSEI 3° livello contratto determinato / indeterminato
- Buoni pasto 8 €
- Assicurazione sanitaria
- Laurea magistrale preferibilmente in materie umanistiche o specialistica (Obbligatorio)
- Laurea triennale + esperienza nel settore
- Forte interesse verso le tematiche di politiche attive, formazione e reinserimento lavorativo
- Spiccate doti relazionali e forte orientamento al risultato, intraprendenza e predisposizione al lavoro in team
- Precisione, organizzazione e attenzione ai dettagli
- Buone conoscenze informatiche
