Ricerchiamo per il nostro organico interno un/una Addetto/a alle Politiche Attive categoria protetta (L.68/99), nella sede di Milano con inserimento a tempo determinato/indeterminato.
Responsabilità- Presa in carico utenti politiche attive
- Organizzazione e progettazione corsi di formazione
- Erogazione servizi al lavoro
- Promozione candidature partecipanti ai percorsi di Politiche Attive
- Gestione sistemi informativi
- Monitoraggio attività
L’inserimento della risorsa è previsto a partire da Gennaio 2025. RAL minima € 18.000 – massima € 25.000 (13 mensilità CCNL ANINSEI). Orario di lavoro: 38 ore settimanali. Buoni pasto, Smart Working, Assicurazione Sanitaria.
Requisiti- Laurea magistrale
- Pregressa esperienza ambito formazione
- Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office, Internet Explorer e Outlook
- Predisposizione al lavoro in team e per obiettivi
- Capacità di analisi e problem solving
- Esperienza almeno biennale nel ruolo di Tutor Politiche Attive
- Gradita esperienza nella gestione di progetti
