PosizioneSiamo alla ricerca di addetti vendita per il nostro store in apertura a Marcianise presso La Reggia Designer Outlet.
L'addetto/a vendite in Pinalli si occupa di:
- Assistenza e supporto ai clienti per tutta la fase di vendita, nel rispetto di elevati standard di servizio;
- Consulenza alla clientela sui prodotti presenti in store;
- Supervisione dello stock;
- Monitoraggio dell'andamento giornaliero dei principali KPIs e dell'avanzamento degli obiettivi di vendita prefissati.
Qualifiche e capacità richieste:
- Diploma di scuola superiore o universitario;
- Flessibilità oraria e dinamicità;
- Disponibilità ad eventuali trasferte;
- Ottime capacità relazionali e comunicative;
- Capacità di lavorare per obiettivi;
- Preferibile pregressa esperienza lavorativa nel settore Profumeria o in contesti retail strutturati.
Si offre inserimento sia part time che full time.
La retribuzione e l’inquadramento saranno commisurati all’effettiva esperienza maturata nel ruolo.
