Siamo alla ricerca di una risorsa da inserire nel punto vendita di Rubiera, che, dopo un periodo di formazione e affiancamento, potrà gestire in autonomia le seguenti attività:
- Coordinamento del personale del punto vendita.
- Collaborazione con il Direttore Commerciale per la definizione del budget e dei piani di sviluppo del punto vendita.
- Contributo alla massimizzazione dei risultati e delle performance di Orthoshops.
- Monitoraggio periodico delle performance del punto vendita mediante strumenti di valutazione e sistemi di reportistica.
- Supporto ai clienti nella scelta del dispositivo medico più adatto alle loro esigenze.
