Regional Commercial Manager (m/f/x) South Italy

Your Profile
  • Education in a scientific and/or commercial field.
  • Experience in a lab environment is an advantage.
  • Based in Italy (ideally Central or Southern Italy) with readiness to travel within the region.
  • Proven experience in a senior commercial or sales role with ownership of a territory or market.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in the healthcare, pharma, or diagnostics sector.
  • Enthusiasm for solving client‑related matters, accuracy and an innovative mindset.
  • Proactive mindset and a team player.
  • Fluent in Italian and English;
    German is a plus.
Compensation

We offer a competitive, market‑aligned salary. Your individual compensation will be based on your experience and qualifications. For sales roles, there is also a competitive yearly bonus that will be defined for each year.
