La risorsa selezionata si occuperà di supporto e assistenza telefonica informatica specializzata, operando all’interno di un team professionale e strutturato. Fornirà supporto alla clientela nell’utilizzo di software applicativi in ambito gestionale.
Competenze richieste
- Buone capacità relazionali e attitudine al lavoro in team
- Autonomia nello svolgimento delle attività e proattività
- Comunicazione efficace e apertura al feedback
- Propensione alla crescita professionale
- Competenze informatiche di base
Titolo di studio preferenziale
- Laurea (anche triennale) in Informatica o Lingue
- oppure Diploma di maturità in ambito tecnico‑informatico
Saranno valutate positivamente anche candidature alla prima esperienza lavorativa, purché in possesso di competenze informatiche di base.
Offerta
- Contratto di lavoro Full Time su turni
- Assunzione iniziale a tempo determinato, finalizzata alla trasformazione a tempo indeterminato
Disponibilità a lavorare su turni, inclusi weekend (con rotazione) - Disponibilità a eventuali interventi fuori sede
