Cerchiamo un Business Developer per lo sviluppo commerciale di Be Talent , la nostra piattaforma AI per il recruiting.
Il ruolo è focalizzato sulla generazione di nuove opportunità e sulla chiusura dei primi clienti:
non è una posizione di gestione clienti, ma di sviluppo attivo del business.
- Gestione demo con prospect
- Follow-up e chiusura contratti
- Costruzione pipeline commerciale
- Raccolta feedback dal mercato per migliorare pitch e go-to-market
- 3–5 anni di esperienza in vendita B2B (preferibilmente SaaS o HR tech)
- Capacità di generare opportunità in autonomia
- Attitudine commerciale e orientamento ai risultati
- Capacità di gestire demo e trattative
- Esperienza in HR / recruiting / ATS
- Esperienza in contesti startup o early-stage
