Industrial Maintenance Technician

Kan Pak LLC is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to keep our beverage and dessert production lines running safely and efficiently. In this on-site role, you will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, troubleshoot equipment issues, and support changeovers in a fast-paced, food-grade environment. You'll collaborate closely with production and quality teams, follow strict food safety and GMP standards, and contribute to continuous improvement and equipment reliability in our growing manufacturing operation.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production, packaging, and utility equipment to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues and complete timely repairs.
• Support setup, changeovers, and adjustments to keep beverage and dessert lines running efficiently.
• Document maintenance work in CMMS and communicate equipment status to production and quality teams.
• Follow all safety, food safety, and GMP requirements, including lockout/tagout and sanitation standards.
• Assist with equipment upgrades, installations, and continuous improvement projects to enhance reliability.
