We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our team and help design and scale real-time, cloud-native backend systems. You’ll work closely with Engineering and Product teams to build high-performance services in the Banking and Payments domain.
Erfahrung / Fähigkeiten erforderlichTech stack:
Java (11+), Kotlin, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Kafka / Rabbit
MQ, Postgre
SQL / MySQL, Docker, Kubernetes, GCP (or similar cloud), Microservices, Redis (nice to have), gRPC (nice to have).
What we’re looking for
- Strong experience in backend development (Java/Kotlin preferred)
- Experience designing scalable and highly available systems
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs
- Strong knowledge of OOP, SOLID principles, and TDD
- Experience with microservices architecture
- Experience with cloud-native applications (preferably GCP)
- Hands‑on mindset and problem-solving attitude
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Fluent English
Nice to have
- Experience with gRPC
- Experience with Redis or other caching solutions
- Familiarity with AI‑assisted development tools
- Background in fintech or regulated environments
- Work on systems that directly impact product performance and scalability
- Collaborative, engineering‑driven environment
