* Promote the adoption of best practices to elevate code quality and solution effectiveness, while positively influencing the engineering culture.
* Write, test, and maintain scalable and high-performance code, working in an Agile environment and collaborating with developers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects.
* Independently design solutions and actively contribute to their development, providing innovative ideas aligned with business objectives.
* Identify and resolve bugs through testing to ensure a stable and reliable product.
* At least 3 years of proven experience in backend development;
* Solid knowledge of Java and Spring Framework;
* Good knowledge of Kotlin or interest in learning it;
* Experience with relational databases such as Postgre

SQL, as well as non-relational databases such as Mongo

DB;
* Familiarity with microservices architectures, REST APIs, and messaging systems (e.g. Rabbit

MQ/AMQP, Kafka, SQS);
* Proven experience using modern AI coding assistants effectively;
* Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field;
* Advanced proficiency in English (C1 level).
** Nice to have:
*** Experience with Docker and containerization, and knowledge of Kubernetes;
* Familiarity with React.js, Type Script, and Graph
