Bus Driver Duties
As a Bus Driver, you're more than just behind the wheel-you're a trusted guide ensuring safe, dependable transportation for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Every day, you'll play a key role in helping people access programs, opportunities, and community life.
Your responsibilities include:
- Driving with confidence and care, following established routes and schedules to keep programs running smoothly.
- Performing thorough pre- and post-trip inspections to guarantee safety and reliability.
- Securing passengers properly using the right safety equipment and protocols.
Safety is always your top priority, but your friendly, respectful approach makes every interaction positive-whether with passengers, families, or staff. You'll be a consistent, trusted presence, combining professionalism with compassion. If any mechanical or safety concerns arise, you'll act quickly to report them and keep operations running safely.

Full-time and part-time positions available! Shifts are Monday - Friday with morning and afternoon routes.
This position earns a competitive wage of $20.00-$21.00 per hour.
Bus Driver Qualifications
Class C CDL with passenger endorsement is preferred but not required for all positions
Ability to earn 19A Certification
SCR clearance
