Executive Assistant
Location:
Pennington, NJ (Hybrid) Duration: 11-month contract Pay rate: $26.45/hr W2
Supports the Wealth Management Operations Business Operations Management team by providing executive and business support to senior leaders, ensuring smooth coordination of meetings, travel, communications, and day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities- Communicate effectively with executives and line management to gather and share information
- Manage calendars for multiple executives, resolving conflicts proactively
- Handle phone calls, messages, travel arrangements, expenses, meetings, and appointments
- Prepare meeting minutes, correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to answer inquiries and resolve issues
- Strong administrative support, planning, and prioritization skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High attention to detail, adaptability, and problem-solving ability
- Collaborative and professional approach
- MS Outlook, Webex, MS Power Point
