** Responsibilities for an Operations Analyst include but are not limited to:*
* - Process inbound 401(k) and Non-Qualified Deferred Compensation (NQDC) payroll transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory guidelines

- Review, correct, and validate incoming payroll files to resolve plan rejects and maintain data integrity

- Partner with Plan Sponsors, Customer Service Managers, and internal teams to support payroll processing and participant-level updates

- Monitor assigned plans, complete audits, and follow established procedures for money movement and benefits administration

** Candidates for Operations Analyst must meet the following requirements to be considered:*
* - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with high attention to detail and data accuracy

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders

- Self-starter mindset with proven problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple projects independently

- ** Shift:
** Monday - Friday; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM- 12-month assignment with potential for contract-to-hire
- Fully onsite for initial training period, then hybrid schedule (minimum 3 days onsite)- Weekly paycheck

** Pay Details:**  $22.12 to $23.44 per hour
