Senior Operations Project Analyst

• Supports the Testing team in gaining an understanding of changes being executed
• Leads the resolution of defects, providing necessary documentation
• Coordinates with the business to execute on defined project tasks
• Analyzes current state processes, operations, procedures, and workflows
• Manages and administers key activities to support medium to large projects
• Communicates at all levels with business owners and stakeholders

• 1+ years of experience supporting operational or project-related initiatives
• Proven ability to translate business needs into functional requirements
• Brokerage or Investment Management Business or Support Experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience managing and facilitating meetings including virtual and hybrid forums

Demonstrates expertise in managing operational and project-related initiatives, with a strong focus on translating business needs into functional requirements. Proficient in stakeholder engagement and communication across various levels of an organization.
