Resolve day-to-day complex problems and execute complex transactions for multiple sites or larger business units
Lead the design, development, and implementation of products, systems, processes, and services
Serve as a subject matter expert in investment performance measurement and reporting
Analyze and resolve complex investment performance calculation discrepancies, return outliers, exceptions, and data inconsistencies
Support business partners and Financial Advisors with performance-related solutions
Drive operational improvements and support performance platform enhancements
Translate sophisticated performance methodologies and analytical concepts into actionable business solutions
Use Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for advanced analysis, reporting solutions, and presentations
Mentor associates and identify knowledge gaps
Develop and deliver training programs on performance concepts, methodologies, and tools
Build partnerships with Financial Advisors and business teams to understand client reporting needs
Develop operational workflows, process maps, and system designs
Manage complex assignments independently with minimal oversight
Establish, monitor, and report KPIs and operational metrics
Design and execute strategic roadmaps for platform enhancements, operational improvements, and technology transformation
Evaluate performance-related requests and provide consultative guidance on solutions, processes, and controls
Partner with market data providers including Morningstar, Lipper, Fact Set, and Bloomberg
Leverage platforms such as Tamarac, First Rate, or similar solutions
Deliver executive-level presentations, recommendations, and strategic updates
Lead cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders, business partners, and third-party vendors
Lead complex operations products, systems, and services initiatives
Manage projects and team activities related to special initiatives
Provide work direction, guidance, and training to employees and business partners
Build relationships across Lines of Business
Define responsibilities and accountabilities for key programs and projects

Requirements

Advanced knowledge of investment performance measurement methodologies, including TWRR, MWRR, Modified Dietz, asset weighting, aggregation methodologies, and risk statistics
Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including complex mathematical and algebraic concepts
Proven ability to analyze, interpret, and resolve complex performance calculation discrepancies and outliers
Ability to communicate sophisticated performance, financial, and mathematical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
Experience collaborating with senior leaders, vendors, and key stakeholders
Experience developing executive-level presentations, recommendations, and strategic communications
Hands‑on experience with investment performance and reporting platforms such as First Rate, Addepar, Tamarac, Confluence, Black Diamond, Clearwater, or similar
Experience with financial market data providers including Morningstar, Lipper, Fact Set, Bloomberg, or equivalent
Critical thinking and consultative problem‑solving skills
Experience defining and implementing operational strategies, roadmaps, and process improvements
Ability to establish, monitor, and interpret KPIs and operational metrics
Strong organizational and project management skills
Experience designing operational workflows, process maps, and system-related processes
Track record of implementing process improvements that increase efficiency, scalability, and risk controls
Ability to train, mentor, and develop associates
Experience partnering with Financial Advisors and/or wealth management professionals
