THE INS AND OUTS OF THIS ROLE

Schedule:

This is a full-time hybrid position, Monday through Friday, with shifts scheduled between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

Responsibilities:

As our Dispatch Admin - Customer Service Associate, As our Customer Service Rep - Dispatcher, your days will be filled with meaningful interactions and vital behind-the-scenes coordination. You'll start your day with a positive mindset, answering customer calls with a smile and empathy, ready to listen and assist. You'll prioritize urgent needs and use your sharp scheduling skills to coordinate service calls efficiently-keeping both our team and clients happy.

In between calls, you'll tackle important administrative duties, support the office staff, and make sure every detail is in place. Your ability to juggle tasks while maintaining warmth and professionalism will keep everything flowing-literally and figuratively.

Qualifications:
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Friendly demeanor with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Service Titan
  • Call center experience or prior CSR/dispatch experience in the trades industry
