Sr. Customer Service Representative
Location:
Pennington, NJ (Onsite – 5 days/week) Duration: 11-Month Contract (Potential Contract-to-Hire) Pay Rate: $23.44/hr (W2)
Seeking a detail-oriented Sr. Customer Service Representative to support transaction processing and operational functions within a banking environment. This role involves handling account-related transactions, processing incoming mail (including deposits), and delivering high-quality service to both internal teams and external clients.
Key Responsibilities- Process transactions, reconciliations, and account-related activities per established procedures
- Handle mail operations including sorting, distribution, and deposit processing
- Respond to client inquiries via multiple channels with professionalism and accuracy
- Conduct basic research and resolve routine requests in a timely manner
- Identify operational issues and escalate risks or complex cases as needed
- Provide general operational and administrative support
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective written communication and professional email etiquette
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Basic research and risk identification capability
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, etc.)
