Training Hours – Monday through Friday 9am
-5:30pm EST – Will follow schedule selected at offer time, once training is completed

Monday-Friday Schedule Options

• 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
• 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
• 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM
• 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM

Pay Range: $21/HR (Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Base pay information is based on market location.)

Job Description:

Retirement and Benefits supports participants in employer sponsored 401(k), pension, and non-qualified deferred compensation plans. Provides participants with clear information on their accounts, guides them through how to execute transactions, and completes error free processing of financial transactions.

Workplace Expectations:

• Cell Phones:
  The manager will review designated areas and approved times for personal phone calls.
• Dress Code:
  Professional business-casual attire is required for both the interview and the assignment.
• Attendance:
  Consistent daily attendance is required. Employees must follow the proper call-out procedures and notify the attendance line, direct supervisor, and staffing vendor of any absence.
• Punctuality:
  Employees are allotted up to 16 hours of time off during their first 90 days. Candidates are strongly encouraged not to schedule time off during training.
• Training Environment:
  Candidates must be comfortable participating in virtual training while onsite. Please do not bring personal comfort items, such as blankets, into the workplace.

Working Conditions:

• May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels, such as from office equipment.
• The ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Use of computers and technology.
