Per Diem School Psychologist – Testing & Evaluation

Licensed School Psychologist

Laurel Education Group in Pennington, NJ, is seeking a licensed school psychologist to provide per diem support for student psychological testing and evaluations. The ideal candidate will conduct psycho educational assessments, interpret results, and provide actionable recommendations to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive psychological and psycho educational evaluations for students.
• Administering, scoring, and interpreting standardized assessments.
• Preparing detailed evaluation reports with clear recommendations for academic and behavioral interventions.
• Collaborating with teachers, administrators, and parents to discuss findings and recommendations.
• Maintaining confidentiality and complying with all state and federal regulations, including IDEA and NJDOE guidelines.
• Assisting with eligibility determinations for special education services as needed.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
• Valid New Jersey School Psychologist Certification.
• Experience in psychological testing and report writing for K–12 students.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple evaluations.

Work schedule:

• Per diem / as needed basis.
• Flexible scheduling based on student evaluation needs.

Compensation:

• Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience.
