Mercer County Equestrian Center (MCEC) in Pennington, NJ seeks an Adaptive Riding Instructor for a part-time schedule (10–15 hours/week). The role delivers adaptive riding programs, coordinating with Special Olympics New Jersey athletes, and ensures safety and quality aligned with PATH Intl. and SONJ standards.
The instructor will work with management, staff, and volunteers to promote participant welfare, equine welfare, and program growth. Certifications and ongoing education are encouraged.
