Teacher Assistant

NJ Substitute Teacher or Paraprofessional Certification Required

EFFECTIVE:  School Year

• Valid New Jersey Substitute Certificate or Paraprofessional Certificate;
• Demonstrated ability to work with or experience working with children in an educational setting;
• Ability to maintain a positive learning environment;
• Demonstrated enthusiasm for supporting the needs of students;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
• Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status.

REPORTS TO: Principal

SALARY RANGE: $30,616 - 43,651

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: 10-month position
