The Operations Analyst supports the Loan Management Account (LMA) Operations Team within Wealth Management Operations (WMO). This role is responsible for executing onboarding and account maintenance processes, ensuring documentation accuracy, regulatory compliance, and seamless client account activation.
The position operates with a standard level of independence while escalating complex issues to leadership as needed.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerform account onboarding and maintenance activities in accordance with established procedures and regulatory standards.
Review, validate, and prepare required account documentation and client correspondence.
Conduct research and resolve routine maintenance requests while responding to internal and external inquiries.
Ensure systematic activation and updates of accounts to enable client access to products.
Identify operational risks or discrepancies and escalate issues appropriately.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate effectively with Financial Advisors and Wealth Management Bankers.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized with strong prioritization abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
1+ year of experience in Wealth Management Operations.
Knowledge of internal operations processes and branch procedures/systems.
Experience in account management or client service environments.
Demonstrated customer focus and results orientation.
Strong research and information organization skills.
