The Senior Product Manager is a key leader within Bank of America's Equity Plan Services product team, responsible for defining and delivering industry-leading solutions that support corporate clients' financial reporting for equity-based compensation.
This role combines deep domain expertise in equity compensation accounting (ASC 718) with strong product management leadership. The Sr. Product Manager helps define and drive the product roadmap aligned to client needs and business goals, and partners cross-functionally to deliver client-centric solutions that support compliance, reporting accuracy, and client growth.
The successful candidate will act as the product authority for equity compensation accounting, translating complex regulatory requirements into differentiated product capabilities and will assist with client relationship management to understand client's needs and how they can be supported on the platform including explaining methodologies and proving out calculations.

Required:
- 5–7+ years of experience in product management, preferably within financial services or enterprise applications
- Hands-on experience with equity compensation accounting systems or related financial reporting platforms
- Demonstrated experience delivering product features end-to-end in partnership with engineering teams
- Experience working directly with clients and supporting product-driven business growth
Desired:
- Background in accounting, finance, or financial analysis
- Experience working with regulatory-driven products or complex financial models
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar discipline
- CPA or CEP a plus

Minimum Education Requirement:
High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent;
Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience.

Pay range $ - $ annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education, and skill set. Discretionary incentive eligible. This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan.
