Responsibilities include monitoring financial performance of Retirement product, working with more senior Product Managers in developing product plans, strategies and enhancements, and performing data collection and coordination activities.

• Understanding the product and responding to inquiries from internal stakeholders
• Ability to work with Excel
• Day to day administration
• Communicating with stakeholders on product updates, training and reporting related topics
• Identifying processes requiring improvement or automation to mitigate risk to the business
• Identifying escalated items and working with management towards a timely resolution

• Minimum 10 years experience, Workplace Benefits product experience preferred
• Project management experience

High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

$85,500.00 - $ annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan.
