  • Perform moderately complex transaction processing and reconciliation with medium to large monetary impact
  • Respond to moderately complex client inquiries through numerous channels
  • Analyze and resolve moderately complex transactions requiring escalations and exceptions
  • Identify risks and process improvement opportunities
  • Receive and process incoming Non-Qualified Contribution payrolls
  • Process manual enrollments and miscellaneous process requests
  • Correct incoming files for plan rejects
  • Follow established procedures, audit, and regulatory guidelines
  • Work with Plan Sponsors, Customer Service Managers, and supporting areas
  • Monitor assigned plans on a scheduled basis
  • Support 401(k) and Non-Qualified Deferred Compensation plan transaction processing
Requirements

  • Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects in a short time period
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to hold others accountable without direct supervision
  • Flexibility to handle a variety of tasks and projects independently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence, challenge, and negotiate
  • Proven ability to provide comprehensive solutions to complex needs and/or problems
  • Ability to prioritize and meet established deadlines
  • Proficient Microsoft Excel and Word skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment
  • Familiarity with 401(k) products and MLII/iGate applications
  • 40 hours per week
  • 1st shift
  • College degree preferred
