Behavior Technician

Setting: In Home

Hours: Flexible, Per Diem

Pay Range: $24 to $32 per hour

Flywheel Centers is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based support to children with autism across home, school, and center-based settings in Matawan, NJ. This flexible, per diem role is ideal for individuals looking to make a meaningful impact while maintaining control over their schedule.

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in home, school, or center-based settings
• Follow individualized treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA
• Collect and record data accurately during each session
• Participate in team meetings and clinical supervision
• Communicate professionally with families, caregivers, and team members
• Maintain ethical and professional standards at all times

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years of age
• Reliable transportation and ability to commute within the Matawan area
• Previous ABA experience preferred, but not required
• Must be comfortable working independently and within a team
