As an IT Program Manager III, you will be part of the Enterprise Architecture Governance & Controls team supporting project governance, risk management, and process improvement initiatives. Job Title: IT Program Manager III
Location: Pennington, NJ
Pay Range: $68
What’s the Job?- Oversee project initiation, planning, execution, and closure, facilitating collaboration across multiple stakeholders.
- Perform monthly data reconciliation, discrepancy analysis, and deliver accurate tracking and reporting.
- Raise, monitor, and facilitate remediation of findings; define escalation and exception processes.
- Conduct reviews, host governance routines, and maintain governance materials, reports, and repositories.
- Identify gaps and recommend solutions to strengthen governance processes and ensure compliance with internal policies and standards.
- Extensive experience in process governance and execution within large-scale organizations.
- Proven track record in risk-focused projects and programs, preferably in financial services.
- Strong skills in process refinement, governance, and project delivery.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to senior management.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills, with a strategic mindset and adaptability.
