IT Program Manager III

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a dedicated and experienced IT Program Manager III to join their team. As an IT Program Manager III, you will be part of the Enterprise Architecture Governance & Controls team supporting project governance, risk management, and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, aligning successfully within a dynamic and inclusive environment.

Pay Range: $68

• Oversee project initiation, planning, execution, and closure, facilitating collaboration across multiple stakeholders.
• Perform monthly data reconciliation, discrepancy analysis, and deliver accurate tracking and reporting.
• Raise, monitor, and facilitate remediation of findings; define escalation and exception processes.
• Conduct reviews, host governance routines, and maintain governance materials, reports, and repositories.
• Identify gaps and recommend solutions to strengthen governance processes and ensure compliance with internal policies and standards.

• Extensive experience in process governance and execution within large-scale organizations.
• Proven track record in risk-focused projects and programs, preferably in financial services.
• Strong skills in process refinement, governance, and project delivery.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to senior management.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills, with a strategic mindset and adaptability.
