IT Program Manager

10 is currently seeking an IT Program Manager with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC and Addison, TX. This is a 12+ month contract position.

• Build strong partnerships across the enterprise to drive adoption, resolve issues, and close gaps-ensuring a proactive and robust governance structure
• Oversee project initiation, planning, execution, and closure; facilitate collaboration across multiple stakeholders
• Perform monthly data reconciliation, discrepancy analysis, and deliver accurate tracking and reporting
• Raise, monitor, and facilitate remediation of findings; define escalation and exception processes
• Conduct reviews, host governance routines, and maintain governance materials, reports, and repositories
• Identify gaps and recommend solutions to strengthen governance processes
• Ensure adherence to internal policies, standards, and processes
• Drive automation of existing processes and reports
• Create and maintain procedure documents
• Effectively communicate ideas verbally and in writing to influence teammates, technology partners, business leaders, and executives
• Deliver presentations, dashboards, and governance metrics to senior leadership

• Extensive experience in process governance and execution
• Proven track record in risk-focused projects and programs
• Experience working in large-scale, matrixed organizations-preferably in financial services
• Strong skills in process refinement, governance, and project delivery
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to senior management
• Strategic thinker with adaptability and a willingness to learn quickly
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills
• Demonstrated leadership, relationship-building, and collaboration skills

Pay range: $57.70 - $65.70
