Production Support Analyst

Genesis
10 is currently seeking a Production Support Analyst with our client in the financial industry located in Pennington, NJ. This is a 12+ month contract position.

• Provide support and act as first line to production issues for business organization
• Perform hands‑on triage and troubleshooting of issues, issue reporting, and incident management
• Manage and respond to ticket queues in Remedy
• Document resolution steps clearly for triage issues
• Coordinate the production changes across multiple teams including infrastructure and information security, as well as our development and business partners
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations keeping the systems stable and healthy
• Resolve incidents based on customer defined SLA's
• Support production release activities
• Perform business continuity and disaster recovery activities
• Work closely with developers and support various configuration and log management
• Document application support processes and procedures

• 5+ years of experience in production support environment
• Experience in Unix/Linux operating systems
• Experience with Windows servers
• Basic technical knowledge in Python, Java, Mongo
  
  DB and Oracle
• Understanding of how applications behave in production when issues arise
• Experience handling incident response
• Familiarity with Container platforms and environments, Application servers

$58.26 - $66.26
