Job Description
We are looking for a seasoned engineer with deep expertise in distributed systems and the ability to lead teams in a dynamic environment.
Roles & Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end delivery of features in distributed systems.
- Own technical design, development, and deployment of scalable solutions.
- Actively contribute code and perform code reviews to ensure quality and performance.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and engineering teams to define and execute delivery plans.
- Manage and mentor onshore/offshore teams, ensuring alignment and accountability.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and drive resolution across environments.
- 8+ years of experience in distributed systems, backend development, or enterprise platforms.
- Strong hands‑on coding skills in relevant languages (e.g., C#, Java).
- Proven experience leading feature delivery and managing global teams.
- Deep understanding of microservices, APIs, and cloud‑native architectures.
- Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
Preferred additional experience may include.
Preferred Skills- Experience with Red Hat Open Shift and containerization.
- Strong knowledge in Data Engineering and ETL pipelines.
- Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL and database performance tuning.
- Experience with Linux and Shell scripting.
- Familiarity with UI technologies, especially React
JS. - Exposure to Agile, CI/CD, and Dev Ops practices.

Salary Range: $95,000 - $125,000 a year
