Overview

As a Senior Java Developer in Contact Center technology, you will create, enhance, and support an ecosystem of applications that powers millions of Bank of America consumers to connect to the contact center each day.

The Software Engineer will partner constantly with various stakeholders while applying your technical skills to all phases of the software development lifecycle. You must be self‑driven, communicate effectively and frequently with the team, technical and business partners, and proactively seek opportunities to optimize performance, maintain and troubleshoot application components. You will quickly resolve problems and provide timely follow‑up, create design documents, and write user stories to communicate coding and design details.
