Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Call Recording Speech Analytics Engineer to join their dynamic team. As a Call Recording Speech Analytics Engineer
, you will be an integral part of the Technology Support department supporting call recording, speech analytics, and workforce management solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, independent problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Call Recording Speech Analytics Engineer
Location: Pennington, NJ
What's the Job?- Implement, configure, and support call recording, speech analytics, and Workforce Management (WFM) systems for the organization.
- Coordinate with vendor partners such as NICE to ensure seamless system integration and deployment.
- Perform unit testing, performance testing, and troubleshooting to optimize system performance and stability.
- Support the transition of solutions into production, including monitoring and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet technical and business requirements.
- Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience with call recording platforms, speech analytics solutions, and Workforce Management (WFM) systems.
- Strong foundation in programming fundamentals, system configuration, and release management.
- Experience with NICE platform suite, Windows Server administration, and Power Shell scripting.
- Proficiency in SQL, web communication protocols, and Linux operating systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
