Full Stack React Developer

Location:
Onsite 3 days a wk;
Hybrid – Office location is Pennington NJ

Required Pay Scale: $60-65hr W2

Develops, enhances, tests, supports, maintains and debugs software applications that support business units or support functions. A senior member of the technical team responsible for assisting senior business leaders and management. May provide strategic technical direction and system architecture for individual initiatives. Utilizes in-depth knowledge of technological alternatives and business system requirements to recommend innovations that enhance and/or provide a competitive advantage to the organization.

Leads or has responsibility for estimation of effort for software application for one or more programmers. Coordinates collaboration with external programming teams to deliver software on time and within budget. Provides feedback and technical guidance to project managers on issues of critical importance to achieving business objectives.

• React Frontend
• Springboot
• 4+ years of experience with React Js.
• Kendo UI or Kendo React or Jquery
• SQL
• Financial experience is nice to have.
• Agile

• Experienced in web design / development, with specific expertise with web- based applications
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills. Able to communicate across all levels of the organization.
• Experience working in an Agile team using Scrum, Scaled Agile, or Kanban processes and understanding of Jira tool
• Knowledge and understanding of applications related to web design and data modeling
• Experience with Web Services, Rest API Services
• Experience with UX and UI Design
• Experience with Test Driven Development
• Strong problem solving skills
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
• Highly motivated and self-driven
• Should be able to work independently
• Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
• Thorough researching/data mining of information to produce high quality work.
• Effectively prioritize work and multitask as needed.
• Demonstrate a working knowledge of process and procedure.
