Technical Project Manager

10 is currently seeking a Technical Project Manager for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC, Pennington, NJ, and Plano, TX. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

This role is responsible for leading the planning, deployment, and migration of cloud-based systems (AWS, Azure) and other hybrid infrastructure. The successful candidate will manage multiple infrastructure projects, coordinate technology delivery, and facilitate technical discussions with various project teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, deployment, and migration of cloud-based systems (AWS, Azure) and other hybrid infrastructure
• Plan, coordinate, and deliver defined project deliverables which requires engagement from multiple teams
• Establish realistic timelines and get commitment from key project team members
• Actively facilitate technical discussions with the project team and communicate technical issues to management
• Maintain a detailed Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) or project plan to track tasks, dates, and dependencies
• Identify, manage, and communicate project risks and issues, and understand their impact on deliverables and due dates
• Build collaborative relationships with technical resources, application teams, and project stakeholders
• Ensure execution and delivery meets the client's expectations in terms of functionality, quality, timeline, and cost

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in Infrastructure project management
• 2+ years of experience with Public Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure)
• Ability to facilitate and manage multiple infrastructure projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) for all levels in the organization
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to lead complex projects and programs
• Ability to build collaborative relationships with technical teams, operations, and business partners

Desired skills:

• Midrange server and/or network infrastructure project delivery experience
• Experience with Jira for project management
• Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall methodology environments

Pay range: $58.31 - $66.31 per hour
