DevOps Engineer; NJ COVERED

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Dev Ops Engineer (NJ) to join their dynamic team. As a Dev Ops Engineer (NJ), you will be an integral part of the Application Solutions and Engineering department supporting a collaborative and innovative environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach to technical challenges, aligning seamlessly with the organization’s commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.

• Configure, update, and deploy new applications and infrastructure upgrades to ensure seamless operations.
• Manage and optimize highly available distributed systems across Linux and Windows environments.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like XLRelease, Ansible, Harness, and others.
• Identify opportunities for automation to enhance deployment efficiency and reduce manual efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve system performance issues promptly.

• 6-8 years of experience in Dev Ops, system administration, or related roles.
• Strong expertise in Windows IIS, RHEL, Middleware (Web Logic, JBOSS, Tomcat, Web Sphere).
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as XLRelease, Ansible, Harness, and Git Hub.
• Experience in building high availability and disaster recovery solutions for Linux and Windows infrastructure.
• Knowledge of scripting languages like Power Shell and Unix Shell Scripting.
