Location:

Charlotte, NC;
Plano, TX; or Pennington, NJ role is hybrid and requires being onsite with the client at least 3 days per week at assigned client location*

Duration of Role: 12+ months

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of application development processes

Basic Qualifications:

• Expert proficiency in Workday
• Expert level of proficiency in Workday Studio is recommended
• College Degree

Preferred Qualifications:

Master proficiency in Workday Core Integrations is suggested.
