Tech BA Duration: 12+ Months

Pennington, NJ Required Pay Scale:

• - $53-$56 per hour

• The development teams are working in .Net and Db2, but the BA will not need specific knowledge of .Net or DB2. Just have enough technical savvy to understand what is going on with the applications and not just create the documentation, but understand it as well.
• Agile environment background
• Financial services
  - Wealth Management, 401k or retirement projects, equity, swaps, etc.
• Experience with application architecture. Understanding the designs, flows, "know how systems work under the hood and how all the tech connects"

• Working knowledge of SQL, able to do joins, tables
• Financial services

• Experience with application architecture
