Scrum Master

10 is currently seeking a Scrum Master for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Pennington, NJ. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile teams in delivering high-quality technology solutions. The Scrum Master will serve as a servant leader, coach, and facilitator, helping teams embrace Agile principles, improve delivery performance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement within a complex enterprise environment.

Responsibilities:
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement sessions Ensure effective adherence to Scrum principles, Agile values, and team working agreements Coach teams on Agile best practices and continuous improvement Support teams in delivering commitments within sprint and release objectives Monitor team performance, sprint progress, and delivery metrics Ensure risks, dependencies, issues, and impediments are identified, tracked, and resolved Partner with Product Owners, Business Partners, Architects, and Technology Leaders Track and analyze Agile metrics such as Velocity, Sprint Burndown, and Cycle Time Identify, document, and manage delivery risks, cross-team dependencies, and technical blockers Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master 7+ years of experience in technology delivery, project management, or Agile environments Experience supporting software development teams using Agile methodologies Experience working within large, complex enterprise organizations Familiarity with Agile at scale frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, Nexus, or Scrum@Scale Strong understanding of Scrum Framework, Agile Principles, Kanban Practices, and Lean Methodologies At least one of the following certifications:
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM I, II, or III), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or Advanced Certified Scrum Master (A-CSM)

Experience with Agile delivery tools such as Jira and Confluence Understanding of SDLC processes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP) Desired skills:
Experience managing multiple Agile teams simultaneously Preferred certifications: SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM), SAFe Agilist (SA), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), ICAgile Agile Coach Certification, or Certified Agile Leadership (CAL) Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Strong presentation and facilitation capabilities Ability to influence without authority and build trusted relationships Critical thinking, conflict resolution, and root cause analysis skills Servant leadership mindset with a focus on team empowerment and continuous improvement Pay range: $68.38 - $76.38 per hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis
