Business Analyst - Retirement Services

Location:
Onsite 3 days a wk;
Hybrid – Office location is Pennington NJ

Required Pay Scale: $50-55hr W2

*** Due to client requirements this role is only open to USC or GC candidates***

Business systems analyst; hands on analyst to work in an Agile environment, helping to document business requirements and partner / design technical flows/solutions with 6-10 years’ experience and Prior experience in Wealth Management technology organizations or expertise with understanding of the 401k retirement products.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical & business systems and software support for modification, implementation, or conversion of business systems.
• Translates business needs into technical requirements and ensures all systems support and conform to business needs and specifications.
• Acts as liaison between business unit and software/hardware developers and vendors.
• Aware of business or function for which application or system is designed.
• Has the required domain knowledge, as applicable or brings other domain knowledge that improves the overall function of the business to team interface.
• Constantly looks for ways to improve the interaction with the business and the quality and speed of the requirements gathering and requirements building.

Qualifications

• Detail oriented, Systems Analysis expertise in an agile environment
• Prior experience in Financial Services
• Expertise in work through full-stack application delivery
• Support for applications based on a .Net and DB2 framework.
• Clear and concise communication skills
• SQL knowledge
• Prior experience in Wealth Management technology
• Experience in a SAFe Agile organization & JIRA experience
• Experience with Equity Awards products
• Experience with mainframe applications
