Job Description We are seeking a Third Party Engagement Manager (Global Technology) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in third-party risk management, vendor governance, and enterprise risk/control frameworks and a proven ability to standardize oversight, mitigate risk, and drive performance across a portfolio of similar third-party services. Responsibilities:
Serve as the Third Party Engagement Manager (TPEM) for a portfolio of third parties delivering the same or similar service. Provide centralized ownership and oversight across multiple vendors to ensure consistent governance, control execution, and accountability. Own third-party risk management activities across the lifecycle, including approval of risk assessments, attestations, and key third-party decisions. Identify, evaluate, and escalate third-party risks, issues, and audit findings.
Monitor vendor performance and ensure accountability for delivery against contractual and enterprise expectations and obligations. Drive remediation of performance gaps and ensure appropriate issue resolution and follow-up. Oversee third-party relationships across the full lifecycle and ensure compliance with enterprise policies, standards, and control requirements. Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, risk partners, and governance routines. Drive consistency and standardization in execution across similar third-party engagements.
Establish and enforce standardized engagement, risk management, and performance frameworks across all third parties within the service portfolio. Required Skills &
Qualifications:
Experience in third-party risk management, operational risk, or technology risk. Strong understanding of enterprise risk and control frameworks. Experience managing vendor relationships and governance oversight. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple engagements within a portfolio-based structure. Strong analytical thinking and sound decision-making skills. Ability to influence and engage stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
Proven ownership to drive issues, action items, and commitments through completion with minimal oversight. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint or similar document repositories, including navigation of Micro Strategy. Preferred
Skills:
Experience with in a large-scale technology organization. Familiarity with third-party lifecycle tools and processes, such as risk assessments, data transmission, performance management, and inventory alignment. Experience managing high-volume or functionally similar vendor portfolios. Exposure to centralized or shared service operating models.
Experience with Copilot or comparable productivity tools. Role Logistics & Interview Process:
Approved location:
Pennington, NJ. Hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days onsite per week. Target start month:
