Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking an AI/ML Architect to join their innovative team. As an AI/ML Architect, you will be part of the Digital Transformation Department supporting enterprise AI initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, strategic thinking, and collaborative skills, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: Pennington, NJ
What's the Job?- Provide central architectural support to translate business demand into production-ready AI solutions.
- Establish enterprise standards and guardrails to ensure consistent and secure AI deployment.
- Reduce delivery risk across lines of business by defining reusable architectures and engineering patterns.
- Ensure regulatory, security, and model risk requirements are embedded by design.
- Improve solution quality, resiliency, and cost efficiency through architectural oversight.
- 5+ years of experience in technology architecture and solution design, including 3+ years of hands-on software engineering.
- 2+ years of experience designing and delivering AI/LLM solutions in enterprise environments.
- Hands-on experience deploying solutions using Sierra AI and/or Decagon.
- Strong background in platform architecture, solution design, and hybrid deployments (on-prem and cloud).
- Experience with AI orchestration, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and evaluation frameworks.
