Production Services Specialist II

• Provide end-to-end, client-facing, business-aligned infrastructure engagements
• Support infrastructure design, planning, building, delivery operations, and data management
• Monitor systems and respond to incidents
• Participate in problem engagement during triage and service restoration
• Identify root causes and facilitate and coordinate permanent fixes
• Deliver services that meet or exceed SLAs and support business continuity
• Administer and troubleshoot SIEM/SOAR, Splunk, IAM, and production support environments
• Use Splunk skills to detect threats and strengthen cyber resilience
• Collaborate with team members within and outside the group
• Provide on-call coverage and work off hours as needed

• 5+ years of production support experience
• Expert-level knowledge of MFA technologies and Splunk
• Experience with Windows OS, Red Hat Linux, SQL queries, SQL/Oracle and other databases
• Knowledge of Red Hat Linux Open Shift containers, Atlassian JIRA, Horizon, Git Hub, Ansible, Jenkins, ITSM Remedy, Service Now, Splunk, Dynatrace, Power Shell/Unix scripting, cloud, and CI/CD Dev Ops tools
• Knowledge of the 5 C's of cybersecurity:
  Change, Compliance, Cost, Continuity, and Coverage
• Medium-level SIEM/SOAR administration and security operations experience
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Splunk searches, dashboards, alerts, and playbooks
• Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, threat detection, and incident response
• Excellent knowledge of Identity, Authentication and Access Management (IAM), including SRE and Dev Ops
• Senior-level production support and troubleshooting skills in SIEM/SOAR, Splunk, and IAM technologies
• Ability to comply with bank regulatory and compliance policies
• Expert-level Linux experience and proficiency with Splunk queries
• Knowledge of the ITIL framework
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Availability for 24/7 on-call coverage and off-hours work as needed
• Willingness to work on-site 3 days a week
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and stress
  
  Problem-solving skills
• CISSP or equivalent Information Security certification is desirable
• Strong understanding of network technologies

Demonstrates expert-level knowledge in Splunk, MFA technologies, and production support, with a strong focus on cybersecurity frameworks and incident response. Proficient in administering SIEM/SOAR environments and ensuring compliance with regulatory policies while delivering high-quality client-facing infrastructure services.
