Act as the product subject matter expert and technical lead for seamless product integration, providing hands‑on configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization guidance to accelerate the onboarding and maximize the adoption of Google Security products.

• Lead technical product deployment and engage with customers on the configuration, customization, and integration of product entitlements to ensure the solution aligns with their business requirements.
• Provide hands‑on technical assistance with configuration activities and troubleshooting, serving as an extended member of the customer's technical team.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers (CSMs), Security Advisors (SAs), and the customer to develop onboarding plans that clearly outline tasks, timelines, resources, and change controls.
• Deliver product-focused and operational training, share best practices from across the customer base, and provide ongoing optimization support (including API capabilities, automation recommendations, and custom report creation).

• 4 years of customer‑facing experience in technical consulting, system integration, or deploying enterprise cybersecurity solutions.
• 1 year of hands‑on experience with Google Sec Ops security platforms, API integrations, scripting/automation, and cloud infrastructure.
• Holds at least one Google Cloud professional‑level certification while in the role.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide hands‑on configuration support.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of delivering technical training and translating complex technical requirements into actionable implementation steps.
• Collaborative team player who works effectively with CSMs, SAs, and customer stakeholders to drive project success.
• Proactive approach to continuous improvement, helping customers optimize their security posture and operational processes.
