Agile Scrum Master

Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite Per Week

Duration: 12+ Month Contract

Our client is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support a team in a regular Business-as-Usual (BAU) environment. The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of Scrum Master experience
, a strong Agile background, and prior banking industry experience. This role will work closely with UI/UX, QA, Business Analysis, and development teams to facilitate Agile delivery and ensure effective team collaboration.

• Serve as Scrum Master for Agile teams supporting ongoing BAU initiatives.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups and Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog-related sessions.
• Guide teams in applying Agile and Scrum principles and practices.
• Partner with Business Analysts, UI/UX, QA, and technology teams to coordinate delivery activities.
• Remove impediments and proactively identify risks or blockers impacting team progress.
• Track sprint progress and team commitments using JIRA

• Promote transparency, communication, and continuous improvement across the team.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and team members to support timely delivery of project and BAU objectives.
• Help maintain an effective and collaborative Agile team environment.

• 12+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• SAFe certification required.
• Strong hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Experience conducting and facilitating stand-ups and Scrum ceremonies

• Strong experience working with UI/UX and QA teams

• Hands-on experience with JIRA

• Prior banking/financial services industry experience required.
• Strong communication, facilitation, organization, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience supporting large-scale banking or financial services organizations.
• Experience working in a SAFe Agile environment.
